the slang words

I believe that the term standard American English is prejudice because it makes it seem like all African Americans use incorrect English and I don't like that. A lot of us choose to talk that way because it's simple and we like to have a way to talk when we're with our friends away from how we're supposed to talk with teachers.

Have you ever noticed how our teachers and some of the other adults around us critise the way we use slang terms. But in reality they use slang terms without even noticing it.

The reason that standard American English is predujice is because it seems like the people who came up with that were singling out peopleout different races. The reason it is so important to me is because they actually have an African American dialect. That they say is incorrect. But it seems that they are trying to get rid of the way we talk by singling us out. BUT NEWSFLASH WE AIN'T GOIN NO WHERE NO TIME SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
